By registering as an agent on the Agent Network platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Commission Structure

The Agent Network operates on a performance-based commission system designed to reward successful real estate transactions and team building efforts.

Our MLM system allows agents to earn commissions from their referrals' transactions across multiple levels:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 15% of platform fee from transactions
• Level 2: 10% of platform fee from transactions
• Level 3: 8% of platform fee from transactions
• Level 4: 5% of platform fee from transactions
• Level 5: 3% of platform fee from transactions
• Level 6: 2% of platform fee from transactions
• Level 7: 1% of platform fee from transactions

3. Agent Responsibilities and Obligations

3.1 Professional Conduct

As an agent on our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all listings and communications
• Treat all clients, colleagues, and platform users with respect and professionalism
• Protect confidential information and respect client privacy

3.2 Platform Usage

You agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with our community guidelines:

• Provide complete and accurate property information
• Respond promptly to inquiries and communications
• Keep your profile and contact information up to date
• Use professional language and appropriate imagery
• Report any technical issues or concerns promptly

4. Voice Recording and Data Consent

4.1 Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process the following types of data:

• Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, professional credentials
• Transaction Data: Property listings, deal information, commission records
• Communication Records: Messages, calls, and platform interactions
• Performance Metrics: Sales statistics, referral data, platform usage
• Voice Recordings: Audio communications for quality assurance and training

4.2 Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted data transmission and storage
• Regular security audits and updates
• Limited access controls and user permissions
• Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

5. Payment Terms and Conditions

5.1 Commission Payments

Commission payments are processed according to the following schedule:

• Direct transaction commissions: Paid within 7 business days of deal closure
• MLM referral commissions: Paid monthly on the 15th of each month
• Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD equivalent
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, digital payment platforms

5.2 Commission Disputes

Any disputes regarding commission calculations or payments must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate all disputes fairly and resolve them within 14 business days.

6. Platform Rules and Guidelines

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Attempting to circumvent platform commission structures
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Sharing or selling platform data to third parties
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
• Engaging in spam or unsolicited marketing activities

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including:

• Breach of professional conduct standards
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Failure to maintain MLM eligibility requirements
• Violations of applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Agent Network platform are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding in unauthorized ways
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on platform functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through:

1. Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve through platform support
2. Mediation: Binding mediation if direct communication fails
3. Arbitration: Final resolution through binding arbitration

10. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to all agents with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction.
